Cransley Park comprises a 22 acre gateway site that is strategically located just off junction 8 of the A14 in Kettering. This Project comprised of 5 Industrial units ranging in size from 25,000-100,000 Sq ft.
The units were completed in March 2019
Our works included the installation of new sub-mains from the client substation to a new distribution system internally within the warehouse and offices, LED lighting, Fire alarms, Disabled Refuge, underfloor power and data, ready for fit out by the new tenants.
In addition to the internal works we also installed new 10m lighting columns to the loading bay areas as well as high level building lighting, cycle shelter lighting and future EVC chargers.

The project at Holiday Inn Northampton West was completed on time and within budget.
